CLEANSING BUNDLES Sage/Palo Santo/Selenite/Amethyst

• Smudge stick: Once you have your intention clear in your mind, light the sage and allow the herb to burn – then blow the flame out and allow it to smoulder, producing the cleansing smoke.
• Palo Santo:Light the Palo Santo & allow to burn, welcoming positive energy and creating a calm, tranquil and balanced space. This sweet-smelling wood raises your vibration, promoting good luck & abundance.
• Selenite: After removing and clearing away energy it is important to fill ourselves & our space back up with light. A crystal that carries its own cleansing powers and brings in white light, use the Selenite wand by gliding it over the space and yourself from your crown to your feet.
• Amethyst

Using crystal energy, protect your space from negativity or carry on your person to shield away and block taking on any unwanted energy. These crystals can also be placed at the front door to protect the home and can be cleansed with the Sage or Palo Santo.

Repeat as often as you feel is necessary. To re-use the Smudge stick or Palo Santo, simply allow to burn out In a heat proof dish or snuff out into sand or dirt and re light when needed.
